All the tours listed on this site are created and displayed in good faith. Their content is provided by private individuals, and as such Virtual Freedom cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy of that content. The tours are an illustration of how the views looked at the time that they were created.

The cost of the production of the tours is made up of the photographic cost and the annual renewal fee. There is no charge for the research technology and the use of the software provided to construct or view the finished product.

Should a customer not require a tour once completed the cost of photography, tour construction and an admin fee will become payable.

Where the tours are provided by a third party, Virtual Freedom reserve the right to use the images hosted on the company web site for promotional use, and listing on the images at virtual-freedom.co.uk confirms acceptance of this right.

Virtual Freedom reserves the right to reject any images provided by a third party, if they are not constructed to the required standard.

Where images are obtained in their basic format, Virtual Freedom will make reasonable efforts to construct an acceptable finished image for a virtual tour. If this proves not to be possible, because of the quality of the raw image, Virtual Freedom reserves the right to charge an administration fee.

There is an annual fee to cover the cost of server hosting and maintenance. This can be viewed on the rates page. This amount is required to be paid annually until the customer no longer requires the tour.
